Dr. Alex LeBeau is the owner of Exposure Assessment Consulting, LLC in Orlando, Florida, where he offers toxicology, industrial hygiene, risk assessment and public health consulting services.
Over a thirteen-year career he has evaluated environmental and occupational exposures and performed toxicological evaluations of chemicals and biological agents. He has performed human health risk assessments of contaminated sites using U.S. EPA and state regulatory guidelines and monitored remediation activities at those sites. To evaluate exposure impacts on building occupants he has performed indoor environmental quality assessments, including Legionella and water quality assessments, at healthcare, residential and industrial facilities.
Dr. LeBeau has co-authored industry guidance for COVID-19 issues. He has been retained as a testifying expert witness and has provided consultation on several occupational and environmental exposure claims.
He has authored safety assessments on consumer products, including antimicrobial pesticide registration dossiers and Generally Recognized as Safe determinations for food ingredients following U.S. FDA regulations for scientific procedures, and submitted a health claim petition that the agency accepted.
Provides intelligence-led support across open source intelligence assessments, litigation research, counsel assessment, commercial risk and sensitive professional engagements.
Working directly with Dr. Alex LeBeau, he verifies claims, assesses conduct, identifies risks and pressure points, and turns complex public source information into actionable intelligence. He also supports strategic decision-making and operational planning when a matter requires clarity, control and a disciplined response.
His role is to protect the practice position, strengthen situational awareness, and ensure that decisions rest on verified intelligence rather than assumption.

Robert Jeans, CIEC, is an environmental scientist who has nearly 40 years of diverse consulting experience. I began my career in New England performing environmental services for a diverse client base including the insurance industry as Hartford is known as the insurance capitol of the world. I specialize in providing Legionella hazard assessment and water management plan development services for a diverse client base including hospitals, hotels and assisted living care facilities with some services the result of Legionnaires disease outbreaks. I also have extensive experience providing indoor air/environmental quality services that help clients maintain a healthy building environment for their employees. My broad experience enables me to offer a wide-variety of IEQ assessment techniques to help determine if the quality of a building’s environment, including water intrusion and resultant microbial growth, has degraded the building environment. I addition to Legionella Assessment and IEQ Assessment services, I also have extensive health and safety and industrial hygiene assessment experience including OSHA compliance sampling for multiple parameters for comparison to applicable OSHA Regulations or compliance guidelines.
